I woke up last night at about 2 and couldn’t get back to sleep, by about 3-3.30 I had to get up and eat some grapes because I was hungry and I felt sick.
I had lunch out so I didn’t have my soup. I had some pasta in a tomato and pepper sauce which was lovely. I can’t remember the exact amount of calories it had but I think it was about 50 or 60 more than a DC soup, which considering I didn’t have a slice of bread as I would have with the soup, I think I may be under my calorie allowance.

A couple of hours after that I had some grapes and one of the chocolate chip breakfast bars. I know they’re for brekkie but it was the first thing I grabbed when I was rushing out of the door this morning. It tasted lovely but was a pain because I couldn’t tuck in. I hate anything like raisins and sultanas so I had to pick them out before I could eat it.
For dinner I had the chicken korma with some veg which was gorgeous.
I’ve felt pretty hungry all day. I really hope this passes soon because whilst i’m dealing with it okay right now, I don’t want it to get tedious because then I might be tempted to give up.
