Today has been good so far. I've been feeling less hungry which is always good. So yet again I started off with chocolate granola with semi skimmed milk.
For lunch I had the minestrone which was lovely. I had that with a slice of wholemeal bread.
For dinner I had the chilli con carne with a jacket potato and vegetables which was really nice and very filling. I think it was the spud that really filled me up.
I've also had an apple today and I think i'll go and have my DC biscuits and a nice cuppa rosie in a minute :-)
