Day 16

I've noticed that most days I don't actually have both my portions of fruit, and sometimes I forget if i've had a portion yet so I just have one to make sure. I should probably start writing it down..


Lunch was vegetable and lentil soup and dinner was chilli con carne with veg! (not the same veg as this pic because i'm using an old photo, I had broccoli and carrots).
