Day 9

Granola for breakfast. Then I went to town for a while where I did quite a lot of walking. All I had while I was out was a bottle of fruit flavoured drench. I didn't have lunch untill about 15.30 - 16.00 and I had minestrone with wholemeal bread.


Then for dinner I had shepherds pie with vegetables. Nice but not as good as the cottage pie!



I'm finding that I'm less hungry all the time and i'm not counting the minutes until my next meal/snack. It's surprised me that's it's taken such a short amount of time for that to happen and i'm really pleased about it.
